Do not send secrets
Do not email a password, a new password, a reset code, a card number, a screenshot of a balance, or a photo of an ID. We cannot log in for you, and we do not want the means to try. If a message contains those, do not expect an account fix. Use Ripper’s own reset screen, described on the fixes page.
What we can help with
- A step on this website that no longer matches Ripper’s public menu.
- An offer line we quoted that their homepage has replaced.
- A Ruby brand link that fails to open, or a country rule we described badly.
- A privacy question about this domain. The notice is on the privacy page.
What we cannot help with
- Resetting a Ripper Casino password, or an AceLucky, BetNeptune, LekkerBets, or AfricaSports password.
- Withdrawals, missing bonuses, closed accounts, or verification queues.
- Proving a licence. Look at the footer of the casino you are on, and at the Department of Internal Affairs register when a brand claims a New Zealand licence.
